Black Market Cheat!!!!!

When I used the gold to redeem the hero fragments, sometimes the redeemed hero fragment is not the one shown. I reported this bug 3 times through in App Contact Us channel. CS just told me that they are investigating the case. This ticket will then be closed automatically after few days and no one followed the case ultimately.

I seriously blame Hothead that don’t cheat player anymore as I use my cash for gold and hero fragment redemption!

If Hothead really care with the players, please fix the bug ASAP and compensate to me!!!

Poor support and unfair compensation

They themselves admitted a bug and did not fully compensate me to obtain the hero. They also keep closing tickets instead of leaving it open to solve. I continually have to make new tickets and speak with different representatives.
No longer paying for this game. I was a regular as well. Shows the developers only think of how they can exploit you for money.
